Jerry W. LeFleur, 62, of Lopatcong Towship, NJ, died June 21, 2016.
Born December 7, 1953 in Springfield, Tennessee, he was a son of the late Claude and Marie (Austin) LeFleur.
Jerry was a Navy veteran.
He was a chemical operator at Avantor in Phillipsburg, NJ.
Jerry and his wife, the former Edna M. McIntyre observed their thirty-third wedding anniversary April 8.
Jerry enjoyed Mixed Martial Arts and Kickboxing at Combative Arts Institute in Forks Township, Pa.
His family remembers him as a deeply devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather and he would always spend time with his grandchildren, especially at their sporting events. He also enjoyed watching The Walking Dead, the New York Giants and New York Mets with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his daughter, Nicole M. LaFleur of Stewartsville, NJ; a brother, George of Cherryville, Pa. and three grandchildren, Adrianna, his little princess whom he called “Boo Boo”, Amir, who he called his “Little Buddy” and Aayden Heath, who he was excited to have taken on his first fishing trip.
A celebration of Jerry’s life will be held at a later date.
