Obituary

Joan "Weezie" Elizabeth Kardelis, 80, of Lopatcong Township, NJ, went home to be with the Lord, November 19, 2022 with family by her side.
 
Born August 6, 1942 in Phillipsburg, she was a daughter of the late Darryl R. and Helen F. (West) Heard.

Joan is survived by two daughters, Kimberley A. Kardelis of Millsboro, DE and Michelle A. Kardelis of Woodbridge, VA; her son, Tony C. Kardelis and daughter-in-law, Cherie A. Kardelis of Lakewood, CO; her daughter-in-law, Dawn Gorman Kardelis of Pottstown, PA;  her sister, Gail Langner of Phillipsburg; four grandchildren, Tobias, Christopher, Alexis and Jacob Kardelis and 8 great-grandchildren. Her son Eugene C. Kardelis, Jr. and her sister, Nancy Wellen both died earlier.

Graveside services will be held 10:00 am, Saturday, Nov. 26, 2022 at Northampton Memorial Shrine, 3051 Green Pond Rd, Palmer Township, PA.

Donation: In Joan's memory, donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
