Joseph C. LoBalbo, 78, of Phillipsburg, NJ, died August 12, 2022.
Born February 13, 1944 in Phillipsburg, he was a son of the late Charles and Seraphina (Merlo) LoBalbo.
Joe was a long-time barber in the Stroudsburg area. He also played the trumpet for several area bands.
He is survived by a brother, Charles T. and his wife Bonnie and a niece and nephew and a great-nephew and several cousins.
