Survivors include his wife of twenty-four years, Ruth Edith (Rider) Csontos of Phillipsburg; five sons, Paul of Phillipsburg, Frederick of Illinois, Joseph and his wife, Janis of Whitehall, Pa, David of Lincoln, Nebraska and Gerard "Jerry" and his wife Andrea of Northampton, Pa. and a daughter, Jane Hanisek of Lopatcong Township; 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. He was a brother to Edward, Albert, Eugene, Andrew and Alexander Csontos, Rose King, Ethel and Goldie.
Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m., Thursday, in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St, Phillipsburg. Services will begin at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow the services in St. John's Union Cemetery, Williams Township, Pa.
