Marie A (Esposito) Frinzi

Marie A. Frinzi, 92, of Forks Township, Pa, formerly of Phillipsburg and Raritan, NJ, died Friday, May 30, 2014 in Easton Hospital.

Born May 28, 1922 in Raritan, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Rosina Sena Esposito.

She was a former secretary at Jersey Central Power and Light Co, Phillipburg, NJ.

She was a member of St. Philip and St. James Roman Catholic Church, Phillipsburg, and was a member of the Over-Fifties Club of the church. She was a member of the Catholic Daughter of the Americas, Court Warren and was a past president of the Warren Hospital Ladies Auxiliary.

She enjoyed cooking and entertaining for her family and friends and traveling to see her boys in California. She enjoyed life to the fullest, and got the most joy from her four granddaughters.

Marie's husband of forty-four years, Thomas J. Frinzi, died December 21, 1994.

Survivors include two sons, Matthew A. of San Francisco, CA and Thomas G. of Newport Beach, CA; a daughter, Rosina M. Pignotti of Forks Township, Pa; a sister, Margaret Corona of Raritan, NJ, four granddaughters, Rachael and Lia Pignotti and Andriannna and Nicole Frinzi. She was pre-deceased by four brothers, Nicholas, Anthony, Patrick and James and two sisters, Lucy Russo and Filomena "Mamie" Carri.

Visitation will be 2:00 – 4:00 p.m and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Monday, in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St, Phillipsburg, NJ. Services will begin 9:15 a.m., Tuesday, in the funeral home, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m, in St. Philip and St. James Church, 426 South Main Street, Phillipsburg. Entombment will take place in Holy Apostle Mausoleum, Greenwich Township, NJ.
