Marvin A. Wyant, 80, of Phillipsburg, NJ, formerly of Holland Township, NJ, died Friday, March 14, 2014 in Hunterdon Medical Center.
Born August 14, 1933 in Holland Township, he was a son of the late Ernest and Mildred Leichliter Wyant.
He retired from Riegel Paper, Milford, NJ as a plant millwright after forty-three years of service.
He was a member of Phillipsburg Masonic Lodge #52 F. & A. M., Phillipsburg, NJ and was a Past Patron of Stewart Chapter 166, Order of the Eastern Star, High Bridge, NJ.
Survivors include his wife of fifty-five years, the former Elizabeth A. Keeler; three sons, Marvin A., Jr and his wife, Brenda, of Fredericksburg, VA; Mark and his wife, Elizabeth, of Easton, PA and Matthew of Bayonne, NJ; a brother, Ernest H. and his wife, Sheila of Henderson, NV and six grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St, Phillipsburg, NJ. Services will begin at 7:00 p.m.
The family will accept donations sent to them, in care of the funeral home.
