Patricia A Russell

Patricia A. Russell, 74, of Phillipsburg, died Monday, June 11, 2018.

Born September 16, 1943 in Liverpool, England, she was a daughter of the late Ronald and Annie (Hurley) Wikoff.

She was a supervisor at the Hunterdon Developmental Center, Clinton, NJ until her retirement.

She was of the Catholic faith.

Her husband, John “Jack” Russell died earlier.

Survivors include a daughter, Brenda Mahlon of Phillipsburg; a sister, Madeline Snyder of Pohatcong Township, NJ; three brothers, Ronald of Reading, Frank of Northampton, PA and Harold, Phillipsburg; two step-sons, Patrick and John Russell; three step-daughters, Joann, Katie and Lillian; many grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. A son, Lester Mahlon, a brother, Louis and a sister, Rosemary, all died earlier.

Visitation will be held 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday, June 18, 2018 in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St, Phillipsburg. Services will begin at 7:30 p.m.. Private cremation will follow the services.
