Richard G. Rossnagle, Jr., 35, of Phillipsburg, NJ, died Thursday, Nov. 12, 2015 in St. Luke's Warren Hospital, Phillipsburg.

Born November 5, 1980 in Phillipsburg, he was a son of the Phyllis A. (Burd) Montilone of Phillipsburg and the late Richard G. Rossnagle, Sr.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a brother, Christopher M. Forder and his wife Crystal of Greenwich Township, NJ; five sisters, Carol Henry and her husband, Shawn of Montrose, PA, Tammy Sandt and her husband, Garry of Palmer Township, PA, Cheryl Miller and her husband, Larry and Kim Rossnagle, both of South Carolina and Valerie Forder of Phillipsburg. He has many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, especially his nephew, Ryan Forder, whom he considered to be close enough to be a brother. A brother, Frank Rossnagle died earlier.
