Robert J. Hoadley Phillipsburg, NJ Robert J. "Bink" Hoadley, 76, of Phillipsburg, NJ, died Thursday, November 20, 2014.

Robert retired from Ingersoll-Rand, Cameron Division, Phillipsburg, NJ, as a grinder after 44 years of service.

Born November 16, 1938 in Phillipsburg, he was a son of the late Joseph C. and Maybell (Cowell) Hoadley.

He was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Phillipsburg; life member of the Huntington Volunteer Fire Co. in Pohatcong Township and a member of Order of Fleas, Easton, PA.

He was an Army veteran.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, and was a fan of Phillies baseball, 49ers and Ohio State football and Dale Earnhart, Jr.

Robert's wife, the former Nancy Lee Purdy died January 12, 2013.

Survivors include two sons, Robert J. and John W., both at home; a brother, Donald of Phillipsburg and many nieces and nephews. six brothers, Raymond, Joseph, Charles, Clarence, Sterling and Lawrence, and two sisters, Catherine Armbruster and Genevieve Young all died earlier.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday, Nov. 24, 2014 in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main Street, Phillipsburg. Services will begin at 7:00 p.m.
