Rosalie A. Calwonsen Gudzinas, 79, of Hackettstown, formerly of Phillipsburg, NJ, died Thursday, July 16, 2015.
Born February 8, 1936 in Phillipsburg, she was a daughter of the late Anthony Ganguzza and Jennie (Alfier) Elmo Ganguzza Patti.
She was a member of Ss. Philip and James Roman Catholic Church, Phillipsburg.
Rosalie was a former data entry person for Ingersoll-Rand, Phillipsburg.
Her husband, the late Raymond Gudzinas died in 2006.
Survivors include three daughters, Jean Padgett of Hackettstown, Shelly Santoro and her husband Pete of Wilmington, DE and Antoinette Calwonsen of Stirling, NJ; a son, Thomas and his wife Christine of Macungie, PA. Grandchildren; Jennifer Dohanish and her husband John, and Ashley and his wife Betsy Calwonsen, Peter and his wife Sarah, Brian and his wife Candice, and Angela Santoro. Great-Grandchildren; Matthew, Joseph, Lee, Mason and Ethan Santoro, Dallas and Madison Dohanish; a sister, Angelina Viola, Raritan, NJ. A brother, George Elmo and a son-in-law, Gale Padgett both died earlier.
Visitation will be held 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Monday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St, Phillipsburg, NJ. A Funeral Liturgy will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday in Ss. Philip and James Roman Catholic Church, 426 South Main St., Phillipsburg. Burial will be private.
