Santa M. "Sandy" Frank, 92, formerly of Phillipsburg, NJ, died July 5, 2019 at Traditions of Hanover, Bethlehem, PA.
Born March 21, 1927 in Phillipsburg, she was a daughter of the late Salvatore and Ninfa "Neva" (Onorato) Bartolotta.
She was a member of St. Philip and St. James Roman Catholic Church and graduated from the parish high school in 1945.
Sandy was on the office staff at the former Sanco Piece Dye Works, Phillipsburg and subsequently for the ILGWU - Easton. She also assisted her brother at Bartolotta’s Schaefer House, Phillipsburg.
Sandy was a member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas and was a member of the Phillipsburg Senior Center where she was active in the Red Gems group. She also volunteered at Warren Hospital.
Her husband, the late Anthony R. Frank died April 30, 1975.
Surviving are her children and their spouses: Deborah and Kim, West Allenhurst, NJ; Stephen and Debra, Pohatcong Township, NJ; Susan Gerhardt, Phillipsburg; Neva and Bar, Brookfield, IL.; grandchildren: Stephen, Jennifer, Rebecca, Conner and Jordan and great-grandchildren: Austin, Benjamin, Alyssa, Brooklyn, Kaine and Luke. She was predeceased by her siblings; Giovanna "Jennie" Cicero, George, Charles, Samuel and Salvatore.
Visitation will be held 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, and again from 8:15 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. Thursday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St, Phillipsburg, NJ. www.noto-wynkoop.com, A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Thursday in St. Mary Catholic Church, 830 5th Ave, Alpha. Burial will be in St. Philip and St. James Cemetery, Greenwich Township, NJ.
