Sophia Casciole, 91, of Phillipsburg, NJ, died October 22, 2019 in the comfort of her own home with her family near.
Born July 23, 1928 in Montreal, Canada, she was a daughter of the late Rosario and Noraine (Nolasco) Mackera.
She was a member of St. Philip and St. James Roman Catholic Church, Phillipsburg, N.J.
Her husband of 53 years, the late Anthony Casciole, Sr. died Sept. 24. 2004
Survivors include a son, Anthony Jr. and his wife Debbie of Phillipsburg; a daughter, Diane Dalrymple and her husband Michael of White Township, N.J.; two sisters, Sylvia Mackera and Vicky Baronowski, all of Montreal, Canada; two grandsons, Ryan and his wife Sarah and Adam and his wife Mallory; three great-grandchildren, Quinn, Evelynn and Charlotte. A brother, Albert and two sisters, Josephine Lahaie and Nellie Germano all died earlier.
Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 South Main St., Phillipsburg.
