Susan D (Zielinski) Johnson

Susan “Sue” D. Johnson, 60, of Phillipsburg, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2014, in her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Born March 7, 1954 in Trenton, NJ, Sue was a daughter of the late Robert J. Sr, and Rae Ella Cronce Zielinski.

Sue will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister and spending time with them. She also enjoyed playing Bingo and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.

Survivors include her husband of thirty-nine years, Ronald Johnson, Sr.; five sons, Michael L. and his fiancé Danielle Button of Kane, Pa; Alexander J. and his wife, Caitlin of Whitesburg, KY; Ronald Jr and his girlfriend, Jen Demarco; Kevin and his wife, Stacie and Wayne, all of Phillipsburg; two brothers, Robert J. Jr and his wife, Diane of Naples, Fla and Steven M. and his wife Veronica, of East Windsor, NJ; a sister, Kathleen L. Dey and her husband, Woodrow of Brasstown, NC and fifteen grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A brother, Baby Zielinski and a granddaughter, Emma Rae Ella Johnson both died earlier.

Visitation will be held 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, in the Noto-Wynkoop Funeral Home, 289 S Main St, Phillipsburg, NJ. Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, in the funeral home. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Harmony Township, NJ.
